How does it work?+
We start with a private consultation to learn what you want in a marriage. If we are a good fit, you choose a package and complete a detailed interview. Then we hand-select your introductions and ask for your feedback after each one.
Who is Legacy Matchmaking for?+
Adults who are serious about marriage or a long-term relationship. We do not do casual dating.
How many introductions will I receive?+
Spark includes 1 introduction over 30 days, Connect 3 over 60 days, Signature 6 over 4 months, and Legacy 12 over 6 months. An introduction counts when you and your match both agree to meet. If your match cancels, it does not count.
Do you guarantee a match or a marriage?+
No. We promise careful screening, personal attention, and honest feedback. Chemistry and the choice to commit belong to the two people, so we cannot promise an outcome.
Is my information private?+
Yes. Your information is kept confidential and used only for matchmaking. With your permission, a potential match may see your first name, age, photo, city, occupation, and a short personal summary. Your last name, phone number, email, and address are shared only with your approval.
Is everyone accepted?+
We do not accept every client. If we cannot offer good matches right now, we may place you on a waitlist or decline.
Can I pay in installments?+
Signature and Legacy can be paid in 2 or 3 installments.
Can I get a refund?+
You may cancel within 3 business days of signing for a full refund. After that, fees are non-refundable because your matching work begins right away.
Terms of Service
The fine print
Our service. Legacy Matchmaking arranges introductions between clients. We decide whom to introduce, and every introduction is private.
Eligibility and honesty. You must be 18 or older, legally free to date and marry, and truthful in everything you tell us. We may end service without a refund if you give false information.
Fees. Package fees are due when your agreement is signed. Signature and Legacy may be paid in 2 or 3 installments, as listed on your invoice. Prices may change for future clients.
Cancellations and refunds. You may cancel by email within 3 business days of signing for a full refund. After 3 business days, all fees are non-refundable, because your consultation, profile, and matching work begin right away.
Time frame. Your package runs from your start date. Unused introductions expire at the end unless we extend them in writing.
Pausing. You may pause your package once, for up to 3 months (for example, while dating a match). Your matching period extends by the paused time.
Confidentiality. We keep your information private and use it only for matching. You agree to keep your matches’ information private too.
Safety and conduct. Meet new people in a public place first. You are responsible for your own safety, and we are not responsible for the actions of anyone you meet. We may end service if a client is disrespectful or unsafe. We may ask clients to verify their identity.
Coaching and image sessions. These are paid in advance. Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, or the session may be forfeited.
No guarantee. We make no guarantee of a match, a relationship, or a marriage.
